The Reasons and Rationale for Moving to Outsourcing

The Reasons and Rationale for Moving to Outsourcing

The transition to outsourcing occurs in companies in the following circumstances:

  • The product has reached maturity from a technological viewpoint and there is no added value to the company to produce it In House.
  • Other companies have the ecosystem that is suitable for production, with a relative advantage in the manufacturing engineering.
  • Transformation of fixed charges to variable charges.
  • The company is acquired by an international company that consolidates the manufacturing activity into one site.

ACT, under the management of Avshalom, has the knowledge and experience to analyze, identify and suggest the most suitable operating model with regard to the abovementioned, taking into accounts the maturity of the company's products and its stages of development.
