ACT has business partners, founded on long-standing work relationships, with companies in China and East Asia, which specialize in sub-contracting for OEM products in the FTKP method, using facilities and continuous and regular collaboration with subcontractors, specializing in manufacturing and assembly infrastructure planning, including molds for a variety of different polymers and their production technologies, production and assembly lines and facilities for each part and assembly, in the following technologies: mechanical, plastic, electronics and electricity, coatings and finishes.
These companies in China and East Asia mainly specialize in the support units between each of their sub-contractors, including product engineering NPI design and ECO configuration control and maintenance, unique procurement systems for the technological fields, assembly lines and integration that is suitable for the types of products, internal and external organic quality systems, shipping and logistics systems. These companies employ managers, engineers, procurement, quality and logistic personnel, who speak and write in English and are experienced in working with Western companies.
These companies provide a comprehensive quality system, with international standards that contain all of the inspection and test stages to receive a quality product throughout the lifespan per the customer's requirements.

Quality Systems in China and East Asia
Quality systems in the development stages, focusing on destruction and performance compliance tests, in laboratories managed by international brands and in laboratories that support achieving the standards for production and sale in China and international standards for the destination country, such as Europe and the USA.
The quality systems exist in all of the regular production stages, including IQC at the sub-contractor and in the receiving warehouses, the inspections in the manufacturing, assembly and integration process, the OBA tests before each shipment in ratio to a percentage that is determined between the customer and the company.
This is in order to insure adherence to the DOA and MTBF threshold as defined by the customer.
The Reasons and Rationale for Moving to Outsourcing
The transition to outsourcing occurs in companies in the following circumstances:
- The product has reached maturity from a technological viewpoint and there is no added value to the company to produce it In House.
- Other companies have the ecosystem that is suitable for production, with a relative advantage in the manufacturing engineering.
- Transformation of fixed charges to variable charges.
- The company is acquired by an international company that consolidates the manufacturing activity into one site.
